Privacy notice
BITBROOKS LTD is responsible for the company website, internal company administration and Bitbrooks Share. Contact hello@bitbrooks.com about these services or your information. Our company particulars appear below.
Information and purposes
We process information you send by email, including your contact details and correspondence, to answer enquiries and manage business relationships. We use technical request and error information to maintain and protect our websites. Authorised administrators also have account, authentication and session information in our company systems.
Our lawful bases are steps you ask us to take before a contract and performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and running secure services, and applicable legal obligations.
Providers, storage and cookies
Authorised team members and providers of hosting, business email, authentication and error monitoring can process information for these purposes. These include Vultr hosting, Google Workspace and, where configured, Firebase Authentication and Sentry diagnostics. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information outside the UK; applicable provider data processing terms and transfer safeguards apply.
The public company landing page does not use advertising cookies. Administrative sign-in uses necessary session storage and authentication cookies. Technical diagnostics are used for reliability; session replay is not enabled. Product sites have their own notices, including MobiBubble and Bitbrooks Share.
How long we keep it
We retain correspondence and administrative records while needed for the enquiry, business relationship, security, legal obligations or a dispute. We review information for removal when that purpose ends. Technical logs rotate and diagnostics are retained only while operationally useful. These are retention criteria, not a promise that every record is automatically deleted on a fixed date.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not have to contact us first to complain.
